Brach’s® Chocolate Peppermint Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup “pancake and baking” mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • BRACH’S® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes
  • whipped cream topping

Instructions
  1. Beat first 6 ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth.
  2. Fold in ⅓ cup BRACH’S® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes.
  3. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of a well-greased, nonstick sprayed hot waffle iron.
  4. Bake until steaming stops.
  5. Remove waffles carefully.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of additional BRACH’S® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes.
