Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine together the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add this mixture in the butter and sugar mixture. Mix it until everything is well blended.
Make 1-inch balls from the dough and place on the baking sheet. Make indentation on the top of each ball using your thumb or the bottom of a round teaspoon.
Bake for 8-9 minutes
Allow to cool completely.
Using a piping bag or small spoon make a “nest” of your favorite frosting tinted green. Decorate with BRACH’S® Jelly Bird Eggs.
