Melt chocolate by putting in a microwave safe bowl and heating for 30 seconds. Take out and stir – continue to heat in 15-20 second increments, checking and stirring each time until melted. Do not over heat.
Using a fork, dip crackers into the chocolate and flip until completely covered. Lift out on fork, shaking gently to remove excess chocolate. Set down on a cookie sheet or tray lined with waxed paper.
Immediately sprinkle Brach’s® Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes on the chocolate while the chocolate is still liquid.
Allow to cool and set either at room temperature or by putting the tray/cookie sheet in the refrigerator.
