Slowly add the sugar and vanilla. Slowly add in the cherry juice. Mix until thoroughly combined. At a slow speed, gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough is formed. Gently fold in chopped cherries.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm and cold.
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll balls out of the cookie dough.
Bake for 10-11 minutes or until very lightly browned on the edges and remove from the oven.
While the cookies are still very warm, gently press a Brach’s® Chocolate Star into the top of each one.
