Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a larger separate bowl, mix the sugar and butter and beat for a couple minutes until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until fully mixed.
Add the flour and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Take the dough and form it into a ball.
Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Roll the ball into a round large circle for your “pizza crust.” You might need to add some more flour over your roll or over the cookie so that it doesn’t stick. The dough should be at around ¼ inches thick.
Bake the cookie for about 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool completely.
Cream Cheese Frosting Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
If it is not thick enough, add more powdered sugar until you get the desired consistency.
Once the cookie “pizza crust” is completely cooled, spread the frosting over it leaving between a 1/4 inch and a 1/2 inch outer edge.
Instructions to Complete the Pizza

Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and crumbled pretzel pieces.
Drizzle top of pizza with melted candy melts to finish.
Slice with a wheeled pizza cutter or a sharp knife and serve.
