Put popcorn in a large metal or glass bowl, carefully separating out any unpopped kernels.
Heat the water and add 1/3 cup total of only red, yellow, orange and white BRACH’S® Tiny Jelly Bird Eggs in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the coating has melted off all of the pieces. Strain out the remaining jelly centers, keeping the liquid.
Allow to cool and then break up into bite size pieces. Store in a closed container.
Quickly drizzle the melted Jelly Bird Egg coating over the popcorn and stir well until the popcorn is mostly covered by the liquid.
Spread the candy-coated popcorn on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Spread the remaining Tiny Jelly Bird Eggs over the popcorn.
Melt the pastel candy melts separately in small bowls in the microwave until smooth. Using a fork, quickly drizzle each color over the popcorn and Tiny Jelly Bird Eggs.
