Valentine’s Double Vanilla Moist Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 box Vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients per instructions on box)
1 box (3 oz) Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ¼ cups room temperature water
1 tub (16 oz) vanilla frosting
Brach’s® Valentine Candies for decorating: Conversation Hearts, Cinnamon Jelly Hearts, Jube Jel Cherry Hearts, and Cinnamon Imperials
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl with an electric mixer, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water on medium speed for two minutes.
Once thoroughly mixed, add instant vanilla pudding and mix for additional 45 seconds until smooth.
Place cupcake liners in muffin tins and fill liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-23 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool completely on wire rack.
Ice cupcakes with vanilla frosting and decorate with Conversation Hearts, Cinnamon Jelly Hearts, Jube Jel Cherry Hearts and Cinnamon Imperials.
Hint: You can tint the frosting pink with a little red food coloring if you like.
