64 pink or silver foil bonbon cups or mini muffin cups
Directions
Line 8” square pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper allowing sides to overhang a little. Set aside.
For dark chocolate layer: In medium bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt.
Melt in a double boiler set over simmering water or in microwave in 45 second bursts at 50% power stirring between bursts until smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth evenly with spatula. Place in refrigerator to set while you prepare white chocolate layer.
For white chocolate layer: Follow same process – in medium bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt.
Melt in a double boiler set over simmering water or in microwave in 45 second bursts at 50% power stirring between bursts until smooth.
Once smooth, add few drops of red food coloring to desired shade.
Remove pan from refrigerator and pour pink chocolate on top, using spatula to smooth as evenly as possible.
While fudge is still warm, gently press in conversation hearts evenly spaced in 1” increments – 8 across and 8 down.
Return pan to refrigerator to set – at least 2 hours – until firm.
Lift foil or parchment “handles” to remove fudge from pan and place on cutting board.
Use large knife to cut 1” squares, wiping knife clean between each cut.
Place each square in foil bonbon cup or mini muffin cup. Store at room temperature, tightly wrapped.
