Fiesta Malted Milk Egg Flower Cupcakes

Ingredients
7.5 oz of Brach’s® Fiesta Malted Milk Eggs
22 oz of Brach’s® Pastel Candy Corn
1 box Vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients per instructions on box)
1 tub (16 oz) vanilla frosting
Green food coloring
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and place cupcake liners in muffin pan.
For cupcakes: In food processor, pulse Fiesta Malted Milk Eggs to coarsely chop.
In large bowl, combine dry cake mix and chopped malted eggs.
Continue to prepare cake mix according to instructions on the box.
With an ice cream scooper, fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
To decorate: While cupcakes are cooling, add green food coloring to frosting container and stir until desired shade of green.
Spread frosting over each cooled cupcake, and then arrange candy corn in flower shape.
